To access the full features of phparadise, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active phparadise account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. phparadise employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any pending bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phparadise login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. phparadise will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by phparadise may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access until verification is completed.
phparadise accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phparadise does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phparadise does not charge any platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phparadise accepts no responsibility. Deposits are credited to your phparadise account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. phparadise reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phparadise account holder.
phparadise is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored for suspicious activity. phparadise reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity, and to report such activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
Funds deposited into your phparadise account are held in segregated accounts and are not used for any operational purpose. Your balance is always available for withdrawal subject to the terms set out in this section.
phparadise offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
phparadise reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting any error or loophole in the Platform's bonus system.
phparadise reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the email address registered to their account.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phparadise's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed the authoritative and final result. phparadise's decision on all game-related disputes is final and binding.

phparadise's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phparadise account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phparadise does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Gambling involves financial risk. phparadise is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform. Never gamble more than you can afford to lose. You may close your phparadise account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
phparadise reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
In the event of termination for breach of this Agreement, phparadise reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue to apply after termination.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
phparadise operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable Philippine gambling regulations.
phparadise reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
